I’ve had my fair share of pre-workouts and Perform is by far the smoothest, cleanest pre I have taken. I’ve only taken it twice so far and no crash! The product is a must try! I had the non-caffeine option. The flavor was great. It was very smooth tasting. I had this prior to lifting and was amazed by the results! I was only 12 minutes into my workout and sweat started to form on my forehead. This was HUGE as I don’t usually sweat a lot when lifting! By the time I was 20 minutes in, sweat was pouring out. I was focused and had a TON of energy throughout my workout. It really helped me to push through to the finish! The best part was that I didn’t get jittery or shaky!
