I’ve had my fair share of pre-workouts and Perform is by far the smoothest, cleanest pre I have taken. I’ve only taken it twice so far and no crash! It’s really important to me that I don’t experience the crash or tingling. It keeps me focused all day, gives you a great pump, as well. I love this product and highly recommend it.

When I took this pre workout out the flavor was absolutely good. But it was something I notice that was way better than the taste of the pre workout! The product is a must try! I had the non-caffeine option. The flavor was great. It was very smooth tasting. I had this prior to lifting and was amazed by the results! I was only 12 minutes into my workout and sweat started to form on my forehead. This was HUGE as I don’t usually sweat a lot when lifting! By the time I was 20 minutes in, sweat was pouring out. I was focused and had a TON of energy throughout my workout. It really helped me to push through to the finish! The best part was that I didn’t get jittery or shaky! the flavor is so good, i've had it dry scooped and in water and they both taste amazing which is a first for a pre lol!! Had me super focused and dialed in, wasn't on my phone or paying attention to anything other than my workout! Love it!

took the non stim as i usually have a energy drink or preworkout before my actual workout and i was sweating instantly! This stuff works insane quick and effective, also felt almost an afterburn effect hours later because i still felt warm and sweating like i was burning cals post workout!!!
