This my first time ever taking pre work. I must say HEAT give me the focus I need to go in the gym and dominate my workout. I don’t have the shakes or nothing after I take it. If you looking for a good pre workout supplement HEAT is the way to go

I’ve had my fair share of pre-workouts and Perform is by far the smoothest, cleanest pre I have taken. I’ve only taken it twice so far and no crash! It’s really important to me that I don’t experience the crash or tingling. It keeps me focused all day, gives you a great pump, as well. I love this product and highly recommend it.

When I took this pre workout out the flavor was absolutely good. But it was something I notice that was way better than the taste of the pre workout! I instantly notice how focused I was when I was when I was warming up before my lifting session! I became focused Immediately to the point that I had to stop my warm up session and go lift right away! This focus was so on point that it automatically had me tunnel vision out and instantly had my mindset FOCUS on what I needed to accomplish during my session! I promise you I never felt what this pre workout was giving me! I was so locked in that I couldn’t even film and record my own session because I was on GO MODE! Out of all the pre workouts I had throughout my journey I’m glad to say that I found a product I can use that will make me be TAP in from start to finish! Once again, I can’t believe I’ve felt my mind connect to the workout the way it did! It was the best feeling I’ve ever felt from a pre workout! No scratching or itching feeling at all!
